Ken Gilmet, N.P.

Lone Tree- Sky Ridge Medical Center

Kenneth Glimet was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada. He joined Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates in 2005 and has extensive knowledge in the management of defibrillators, pacemakers, arrythmia, and congestive heart failure.

He is board certified in Family Practice and graduated from the University of Wyoming where he obtained a nurse practitioner degree.

Throughout his career Ken published numerous papers and broadened his knowledge by co-publishing abstracts on cardiac optimiation therapies. He has spoken extensively on pacemakers, congestive heart failure, and cardiac disease for staff at the surrounding Denver area hospitals.

Rebecca Isaacson , PA-C

Lone Tree - Sky Ridge Medical Center

Rebecca Isaacson (Becca) is a graduate of the CHAPA program and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  She received her masters in health sciences and her certification as a physician assistant.  She is involved with both the local and national PA organizations.  Becca also received her Bachelor’s degree at Regis University with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Kinesiology and then moved to Chicago to experience life as an inner city school teacher.

She then returned to Colorado and worked in a group home with young boys who had been abused and neglected before deciding to go back for her masters degree.  She has a passion for volunteering and spending time in the outdoors.  She loves to run, bike, swim, hike, camp and snowboard.  Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and “kids” Charlie, a German Shepherd, and Jazzmine, a Basenji.

 

Chad Kraske, N.P.

Aurora - Medical Center of Aurora

Chad Kraske joined the practice in June of 2001.  He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1989 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing and has worked in California, Wyoming, Minnesota, and Colorado.  He has an extensive background in emergency and critical care nursing and worked most recently as a Flight Nurse for Denver AirLife.  He graduated from University of Colorado's Nurse Practitioner Program in December of 2000 and has worked as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner since graduation.  He is busy outside of work raising four boys ages 8 to 18 years.

 

 

Sheila Hastings, P.A.

Aurora - Medical Center of Aurora

Sheila graduated in 1994 with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is board certified.  She moved with her husband to California and worked at both Cedars Sinai Medical Center and the University of Southern California in the area of Cardiology.  In 2000 she began working with Dr. Fuenzalida and Dr. Crowley at Western Cardiology and continued in cardiology working with Aurora Denver Cardiology.  Sheila enjoys most outdoor activities, volleyball, and spending time with her husband and baby.
