Admin Section

Here is a link to the main admin section: http://www.adca.bz/admin

You will see all the roles you have except for creating new pages. That link is in the section below.

Editing pages

To edit pages you will use this link:  http://www.adca.bz/admin/content/node

  1. Find the page you want to edit then click on edit located to the right of the page.
  2. Make your changes to the page in the editor.
  3. Select Revision Information and check "Create New Revision". Add info about the revision you made in the dialog box so that other editors will know what you changed.
  4. Preview your changes
  5. Save the page and your changes will be published.

Note: If you don't select revision prior to saving your changes, you will not be able to revert back to previous versions of the page if you don't like your changes. If you have made a revision and want to go back to prior version of the page, you can select the Revisions tab at the top of the page and revert back to the version of the page that you want.

Adding a new page

  1. To add a new page you will use this link: http://www.adca.bz/node/add
  2. Add a title for the page
  3. Add the content for the page in the editor
  4. Under URL path setting type a page name and path for the page. If you don't do this, the page will not be named and it won't use the correct blocks necessary.

    Use the following paths for each section:
    pages/who_we_are  (use this path if you are adding a page to the Who We Are section - example: pages/who_we_are/name.html )
    pages/what_we_offer (use this path if you are adding a page to the What We Offer section example: pages/what_we_offer/name.html )
    pages/locations (use this path if you are adding a page to the Locations section - example: pages/location/name.html )
    pages/helpful_tools (use this path if you are adding a page to the Helpful Tools section - example: pages/helpful_tools/name.html )
    pages/news_views_reviews (use this path if you are adding a page to the News Views and Reviews section example: pages/news_views_reviews/name.html )
    pages/how_to_reach_us (use this path if you are adding a page to the How to Reach Us section example: pages/how_to_reach_us/name.html )
    pages/pay_online (use this path if you are adding a page to the Pay Online section - example: pages/pay_online/name.html )
    Bios (use this path if you are adding a page to the Doctors section - example: Bios/doctorname.htm )

     

  5. Save the page. The page will be published. If you are adding a new doctors page, you will need to add a link to this page on the Doctors page.
