Jerry H. Greenberg, M.D., FACC, Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates, Colorado

Dr. Greenberg is an interventional cardiologist specializing in diagnosing and treating adult heart conditions and diseases.  He has extensive experience in intravascular ultrasound and other imaging equipment to be able to identify heart conditions and the proper treatment needed.  Dr. Greenberg treats patients using the most effective techniques for the patient which may include: 

* Coronary Stenting
* Directional Athrectomy
* Rotational Athrectomy
* Coronary Brachy Therapy
* Angiojet Thrombectomy

Dr. Greenberg is one of the top clinical leaders at The Medical Center of Aurora and has been recognized by 5280 Magazine as one of the top doctors in the Denver metropolitan area.  Over the years he has helped developed the protocols used at The Medical Center of Aurora for safely transferring heart patients to hospitals and the procedures used once the patient is in the emergency room.  Dr. Greenberg provides training to other interventional cardiologists on coronary stents and rotational athrectomy procedures.

A native of New Jersey, Dr. Greenberg returned to New Jersey after earning a bachelors of Arts degree at the University of New Hampshire to complete his medical school education and went on to serve his internship and residency at the New Jersey College of Medicine.   After this training he completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and decided to join Aurora Denver Cardiology Associates in 1984.  Dr. Greenberg sees patients at the ADCA Aurora office and also travels to Vail to see patients on a routine schedule. 

Dr. Greenberg and his wife thoroughly enjoy living and raising their children in Colorado.  In his free time he is an accomplished cyclist and downhill skier.
